I offer affirming therapy and assessment for those seeking

clarity, authenticity, and sustainable ways of living.

You don’t need to perform, hide parts of yourself, or fit neatly into a box to deserve support. Together, we can make space for the parts that have felt like ‘too much,’ overlooked, or misunderstood.

At Kosmos Psychology, care is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and respect for the whole person. Together, we can make space for the parts that have felt like ‘too much,’ overlooked, or misunderstood.

Step Towards Authenticity

Meet Dr. Kat Kosmos, PsyD

I’m a non-binary and neurodivergent psychologist passionate about creating affirming spaces for queer, trans, and neurodivergent adults.

Many of the folks I work with have spent years masking, over-functioning, or trying to force themselves into systems that were never built with them in mind. My approach to therapy and assessment is collaborative, identity-conscious, and grounded in curiosity, compassion, and lived experience.
